Sharon L. Bolding

Sharon Bolding is a senior technical international business operations and product strategy professional focusing on AI and cybersecurity with a research background in natural language processing, machine learning, and data-driven product development. She founded Parsifer to aid in tracking content within AI and LLMs. She has advised startups and large enterprises on growth strategies for products and emerging technologies in fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, and LLMs. She has co-founded and sold two companies: Dipiti.com, a social search service, was sold in 2008 to IBM, and Byndl.com, a contactless mobile payment system for vending sold in 2014 to Mondelez. She has been an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at the University of Washington and Seattle Pacific. She received her BAs in French and German from the University of Washington (1986); an MA in French (1988) and her PhD. in Linguistics from University of British Columbia (1997).

Dave Rice is an experienced executive with proven success in the tech sector where he has aligned innovative technologies to market needs to drive revenue growth and scale startups. His expertise includes market and value proposition discovery, B2B marketing, shaping and implementing strategic growth initiatives, and forging partnerships that accelerate innovation and market leadership. His experience includes senior roles in business development, marketing, and product management for large enterprises, most recently at TactoTek, a Finnish multinational that specializes in creating in-mold structural electronics. He has been involved in launching or scaling 10 startups. Dave has an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Oregon, preceded by a BA in Sociology (Honors) from Stanford, where he was awarded the Firestone Medal for Excellence in Research.
Larry Gaudet

Larry Gaudet has deep entrepreneurial experience in marketing, branding, investor relations, R&D, and strategy development, notably in the tech and communications sectors. He has advised CEOs and C-Suite teams for some two dozen large enterprises and startups. He has worked on projects as diverse as privatizations, IPOs, corporate rebrands, startup launches, turnarounds, bankruptcy protection, and guerilla marketing in many forms. He has published eight books that include non-fiction for Random House and critically acclaimed novels. He has received Canada’s highest journalism awards and recognition from branding juries internationally. His scriptwriting includes sold projects with Universal Cable and NBC. He's a Dalhousie BA graduate with an honors diploma from the Canadian Securities Institute. His community work has included providing counsel to Doctors Without Borders (MSF), the Art Canada Institute, and the Kingsburg Coastal Conservancy where is Co-Chair of the Board.
